Fresh Summer Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) red onions, diced fine
  • 4 sprigs, fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 2 limes, juice only
  • 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) milled pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, add tomato, red onions, and cilantro; toss lightly then add oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Makes 1 cup (250 mL)
