Ingredients1 small cucumber (seeds removed and grated)
½ tsp (2.5 mL) sea salt
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
In a small bowl, place cucumber, sea salt and lemon juice; mix well. Place in freezer overnight to ensure well frozen.
Scrape frozen mixture with fork tines; it will come off in slivers. Serve as garnish on top of shucked oysters.
