Ingredients

2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise

1 tbsp (15 mL) raspberry jam


Fresh bread of your choice

(crusty rolls work well)


Deli meat of your choice

(we used jagdwurst and schinkenwurst)

Lettuce leaves

Tomato slices

Directions

Mix the mayonnaise and jam together. Spread this raspberry mayo on both sides of bread; add sliced meat, lettuce and tomato. Makes 2-3 servings.

Tip: Flavoured mayonnaises are great for back-to-school lunches. This 2-to-1 ratio can be used to make any type of flavoured mayo; instead of raspberry jam, try blueberry or cranberry jam—or even try mixing in some avocado.
