Liam’s Favourite Haskaparita
Ingredients
Coarse sea salt1 1/2 oz (42 g) tequila
1/2 oz (14 g) triple sec
1 1/2 oz (42 g) lime and grapefruit juice, mixed
2 oz (57 g) haskap juice
1 tsp (5 mL) agave syrup
Directions
Rim martini glass with coarse sea salt and dried Haskapa berry dust. Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into glass over crushed ice. Garnish with lime.
