¼ cup (50 mL) butter
1 ½ cup (375 mL) Oreo cookie crumbs
12 oz (357 g) cream cheese
½ cup (125 mL) 35% cream
¼ tsp (1 mL) vanilla
¼ cup (50 mL) icing sugar
3 Pal-o-Mine peanut-fudge bars, crumbled (set 1 aside for topping)


In a heavy-bottomed pot, melt butter then mix with the Oreo crumbs, divide evenly between 6 x 8 oz (250 g) wide-mouth mason jars.

In a bowl, using a hand-held mixer, combine cream cheese and cream, mix well, add vanilla and icing sugar and combine. Once the mixture is smooth, fold in Pal-o-Mine pieces and spoon over crumb mixture.
