Beer Daddy BBQ’s Quick Backyard Burger Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) ketchup
1 tsp (5 mL) yellow mustard
½ tsp (2.5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp (1 mL) chili powder
¼ tsp (1 mL) smoked paprika
¼ tsp (1 mL) cracked black pepper
Salt to taste (kosher or sea salt)
Directions
Mix with a whisk until thoroughly combined and refrigerate at least an hour to blend flavours before using.
