4 naan bread rounds
8 tbsp (120 mL) three-cheese salad dressing
1 cup (250 mL) Parmesan cheese, grated
2 large onions, chopped
2 cups (500 mL) mushrooms, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) olive oil
½ tsp (2 1/2 mL) salt
1 cup (250 mL) cheddar and mozzarella cheese, grated


Heat olive oil, add vegetables and salt and cook on medium/low until brown, about 30 minutes. Spread three-cheese salad dressing on top of the naan bread. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Spread vegetables on top and cover with a mixture of grated cheddar & mozzarella. Heat oven to 400°F (205° C) and place directly rack in middle of oven. Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbling.
