1 (250L) cup butter
½ (125mL cup brown sugar
¼ (70 mL) cup maple syrup
1 tsp (5mL) vanilla
¼ cup (70mL) corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup (125mL) whipping cream
Melt butter over med high heat, stir in brown sugar, maple, corn syrup, and vanilla. Add condensed milk, bring to a boil and allow cooking for 5-7 minutes until thick and golden brown, stiring continuously. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in whipping cream. Serve with ice cream, pound cake etc.
