Ingredients

2 tbsp (30 mL) peanut butter
4 slices homemade white bread (or any other bread of your choice)
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
4 tsp (20 mL) butter

Directions

Spread peanut butter on bottom slice of bread. Layer on banana slices, then drizzle with honey.

Place second slice of bread on top; butter the outsides of both pieces.

Heat a frying pan to medium; grill sandwich on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Makes 2 servings.
