Healthy Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
2 oz (60mL) fresh or frozen raspberries
2 oz (60mL) orange juice
2 oz (60 mL) plain yogurt
1 oz (30mL) flax or wheat germ
2 oz (60 mL) ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a few raspberries.
