Ingredients

1 8-oz (250-g) package cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
2 cups (500 mL) shredded medium cheddar
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
2 dashes hot sauce
2 tsp (10 mL) sweet mango chutney
3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped dried and sweetened cranberries
Cracker selection of your choice

Directions

Makes 40 appetizer-sized servings

In a food processor, pulse cream cheese, cheddar, lemon juice, hot sauce and chutney until smooth.

Scrape onto a sheet of plastic wrap; wrap tightly and form into a ball. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes; unwrap.

Roll in dried cranberries and serve with your favourite crackers.
