Kim’s Ruisseau Oysters with Bacon and Brie
Ingredients
3 strips bacon¼ round brie (small)
12 oysters
Directions
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy. When cool enough to handle crumble into small pieces; set aside. Cut brie into 1-inch by ¼-inch (2.5 cm by .5 cm) cubes. Open oysters and place on cookie sheet (keep the juice inside the oyster!) Place bacon on top, followed by brie. Broil 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve with Cucumber Ice.
Note: This dish can also be barbecued
