1 cup (250 mL) cooked squash
1 cup (250 mL) evaporated milk
1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
2 eggs
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) nutmeg
1 tsp (5 mL) brandy extract
Uncooked 9-inch (23-cm) pie shell
Combine squash, milk, sugar, maple syrup, eggs, salt, nutmeg and brandy extract; stir until smooth.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F (180°C) until fork comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings
