1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic, chopped
12 chives, chopped
1 chili pepper
¼ cup (50 mL) maple syrup
½ cup (125 mL) olive oil
2 lime juice only
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix well in a bowl till emulsified. Reserve, till ready to serve.
