Microwaved Poached Salmon

Poaching salmon in the microwave is a combination of a traditional cooking method using today's technology. Two sauces have been included as options to serve with the poached salmon. The reason being that the professional taste testers (ahem, my family) were split on which sauce they preferred (and I liked them both).
