Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) 35% cream
- 1 tsp (5 mL) sugar
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
- 12 radishes, sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped at an angle
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, cream, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, toss radish and green onion. Toss with the prepared dressing and serve. Makes 2-4 servings.
