Ingredients

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fish sauce
  • 5 oz (150 g) fresh baby spinach
  • 1 oz (28 g) white wine

Preparation

In a frying pan over high heat, add sesame oil, sesame seeds and fish sauce. Add spinach; sauté just until it begins to stick. Add wine to finish and let sit.
