Ingredients
- Ciabatta loaf (or bun for individual serving)
- Genoa salami, thinly sliced
- Mortadella (an Italian sausage), thinly sliced
- Turkey, thinly sliced
- Red onion, sliced
- Lettuce, shredded
- Roma tomato, sliced
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Provolone cheese
Preparation
Slice the bread in half. Spread balsamic vinegar on one face, olive oil on the other. Stack the remaining ingredients and close the sandwich. Spear a dill pickle with a toothpick and pin it to the top of the sandwich. Serve.
Note: Amounts of filling depend on the size of the bread. Apply olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
