Ingredients

  • 4 oz (125 g) barbecue sauce
  • 1 6 oz (175 g) grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ medium red onion, julienned
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
  • 2 oz (57 g) shredded Canadian smoked havarti
  • 1 oz (28 g) shredded Canadian havarti

Preparation

Spread the barbecue sauce on uncooked pizza crust; evenly distribute the chicken, onion, tomato, and half the fresh oregano.

Top with cheese and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes. Garnish with remaining oregano before serving.
