Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 ½ cups (625 mL) basil
  • ¼ cup (50 mL) whole almonds
  • ½ cup (125 mL) fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sea salt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) olive oil

Preparation

Place garlic, basil, almonds, Parmesan and salt into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Next, with the motor running slowly, drizzle in olive oil and process until smooth. Place into jars and refrigerate. Use as needed.
