Ingredients

  • 1 ​small cucumber (seeds removed and grated)
  • ½ ​tsp (2.5 mL) sea salt
  • 1 ​tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice

Preparation

In a small bowl, place cucumber, sea salt and lemon juice; mix well. Place in freezer overnight to ensure well frozen.

Scrape frozen mixture with fork tines; it will come off in slivers. Serve as garnish on top of shucked oysters.
