Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
- ¾ cup (175 mL) vegetable oil
- ¼ cup (50 mL) hard cider
- ¼ cup (50 mL) maple syrup
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together until emulsified, may take up to 5 minutes. Adjust tartness with more or less oil.
Makes 1 cup (250 mL)
