Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) cherry tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup (125 mL) red onions, diced
- ¼ cup (50 mL) cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup (50 mL) yellow pepper, diced
- 2 sprigs cilantro or Italian parsley
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5 mL) coarse sea salt
- few turns of the pepper mill
- 2 limes, juice only
Preparation
While the burgers are cooking, mix all salsa ingredients together. This may also be made ahead and kept refrigerated until needed.
