Ingredients

Makes one serving

1 apple wedge

sprinkle maple sugar

1 oz (30 mL) Scotch whisky

½ oz (15 mL) maple syrup
½ oz (15 mL) apple juice

Preparation

Rim a martini glass with maple sugar by running the slice of apple around the lip of the glass; dip the rim into the maple sugar.

 

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add whisky, maple syrup and apple juice. Shake well and strain into glass. Drop in the apple wedge and serve.
