Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250mL) white flour
  • 2 cups (500 mL) buckwheat flour
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cold water
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
  • 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder

Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together. Add boiling water and baking powder. Cook on greased pan as you would a pancake but only on one side.
