Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups (500 mL) plain yogurt
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh fruit salad (use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe—whatever is on hand)
- ½ cup (125 mL) your favourite cereal or granola
- ½ cup (125 mL) fresh whipped cream
Preparation
Split bananas lengthwise and place on either side of plate, as with a banana split.
Spoon yogurt into the centre; top with fresh fruit and cereal.
Garnish with whipped cream.
