Ingredients

2 oz (60 mL)                 Compass Spiced Rhumb

1 oz (30 mL)                          Nog syrup (Equal
                            parts brown sugar and water,
                       cinnamon stick, nutmeg, vanilla)

2 oz (60 mL)                              whipping cream

1                                                      whole egg

Preparation

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker tin. Shake well and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
