Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) frozen haskap berries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 cup (250 mL) yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) almond milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) wheat germ
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
