Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen haskap berries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (250 mL) yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
