Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
dash hot sauce
2 slices flax seed bread
1 tsp (5 mL) butter at room temperature
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
fresh arugula
1 thick slice bologna

Directions

Combine mayonnaise and hot sauce. Brush insides of both bread slices with this mixture. On the bottom slice of bread, place cheddar cheese, then arugula. Add bologna and top with second slice of bread. Brush outsides of sandwich with butter; grill on a barbecue or panini press until browned and crispy.
