Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) heavy cream
1/4 cup (70 mL) icing sugar
Zest of two lemons
Directions
Place heavy cream and icing sugar into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Top pie with whipped cream and garnish with lemon zest.
