
Doris’s Cuban Cups
Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) peanuts
1 bag (250 g) ripple potato chips
2 cups (500 mL) butterscotch chips
2 cups (500 mL) peanut butter chips
2 cups (500 mL) chocolate chips
Directions
Crush peanuts in a food processor; crush potato chips by hand while still in the bag. Melt butterscotch, peanut butter and chocolate chips in microwave for approximately 6 minutes. Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful into mini baking cups. Refrigerate to harden. Yields 10 to 11 dozen. (They freeze well.)
