
Grapefruit and Maple Vinaigrette
Ingredients
2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 ½ cups (375 mL) vegetable oil
½ cup (125 mL) maple syrup
1 cup (250 mL) fresh grapefruit juice
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together until emulsified.
