
Olives Jubilee (Italian)
Ingredients
1 medium wheel of brie
¼ cup (50 mL) chopped black olives
¼ cup (50 mL) chopped green olives
¼ cup (50 mL) chopped fresh cranberries
¼ cup (50 mL) chopped walnuts
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
Directions
Place brie on a baking sheet and place into the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Remove and set on a serving plate. Combine olives, cranberries and walnuts, sprinkle over brie and drizzle with honey. Serve with crackers or baguette.
