
Special Marinade for Barbecue Swordfish

Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) white wine
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) lemon juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) soya sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) grated ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 swordfish steaks
Directions
In a large glass baking dish, combine marinade ingredients. Place swordfish steaks into dish; marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat barbecue grill on high and barbecue steaks for 5 minutes each side, longer if steaks are extra thick.
