Ingredients

¼ cup (50 mL) sparkling cider
¼ cup (50 mL) fresh orange juice
½ teaspoon (2 mL) freshly squeezed
Granulated sugar
Garnish: lemon zest

Directions

Pour a small amount of granulated sugar into a saucer. Wet the rim of a champagne glass and press into the sugar to frost the rim. Pour in cider and juices. Garnish and serve.
