Like many people who grew up in a rural community, Linda and her five siblings were raised on food that was grown or hunted; her mom made all the bread for the family and it found its way into school lunches, which at the time was an embarrassment for the children. Things have a way of coming full circle and now Linda makes her own bread and realizes just how lucky her little family was.
